Where and when to Tarot

Is there a certain place we should give a reading? Morning, Noon, or dusk; perhaps Mid-night.

It should always be up to the reader. I prefer night time but if you need a burning question in your mind I would say when ever. Make sure you have a semi-positive mindset or the cards will know and give the reading you throw out even if you don't express it. Try Meditating to get focased.
